The Middlesex Water Authority announces it expects to begin operating a water system for the central and eastern parts of the county by New Year’s Eve. According to the Southside Sentinel construction is now complete and all that remains to get state paperwork and a permit. The system sources water from wells at Rosegill and goes to Grey’s Point Camp in Topping. The project began just over 2 years ago.
