A man from Topping is killed after being hit by a car on General Puller Memorial Highway. State Police say it happened Saturday near the intersection with Bob Holes Road, in Middlesex County. The mad identified as Leon Keyser was walking westbound when he was hit. Keyser died at the scene. The driver and her juvenile passenger were not hurt. Investigators say the driver was not under the influence and no charges are being filed at this point.
