The Virginia Rural Health Association is holding no-cost Mental Health First Aid training on Jan. 7 and 8 via online teleconference. It will focus on a a five-step action plan to help recognize signs and symptoms of mental illness. Organizers say the event is open to those of all ages and from all walks of life.
