The Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board recently honored 2 departing board members. The Gazette-Journal reports Lancaster County representative Alice Coates served 18 years while Essex County representative Stanley Langford was a member for 9 years. The Board provides a continuum of services for those throughout the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck who are diagnosed with a mental health disorder, substance use disorder or developmental disability.
