The town of Warsaw starts the new year by welcoming 3 new businesses. According to News on the Neck the 2 retailers and a cafe are locating in the 145 block of Main St. at a building recently purchased by an area developer. Town officials say the project has been in the works for some time and they worked diligently to get all the parties together. The cafe is to open this spring.
