We’re learning more about the anonymous donation received by Kilmarnock Police for its body camera program. The donation is in honor of late Dr. Paul Krop, co-founder of Good Luck Cellars. The winery was opened in 2011 with 25 acres under vine. Total cost of the body camera program is around $62,000.
