A suspect is in custody from a missing persons investigation. The Northumberland County Sheriff’s office reported Ahrea’l Smith was seen last Wednesday evening as she got ready to leave work at the Claraville Little Sue Store in Heathsville. The suspect is a 50-year-old man from Heathsville. A reward totalling $8,000 is offered for tips that lead to finding Smith. Call the sheriff’s office if you have any information.
