The community gathered Wednesday at the Claraville Little Sue convenience store to remember Ahrea’L Smith who disappeared one week ago while working there. The Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office reports they found a body Tuesday believed to be Smith and an autopsy is being conducted. A Heathsville man is being arraigned on Friday in Smith’s disappearance. An online petition in Smith’s name calls for a new law to have more than one person opening and closing a business.
