Downtown Richmond Closed Off For Youngkin Inaguration

You may want to avoid going to Richmond tomorrow unless you have a ticket for Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin’s inaguration. Tickets have been unavailable for some time and Capitol Square is closed to everyone except ticket holders. Youngkin will become Virginia’s 74th governor at noon. The ceremony is part of several events including a “celebration” at a downtown event space adjacent to a working train station.
