Expect delays Wednesday morning on the Robert O. Norris Bridge over the Rappahannock River as traffic will be reduced to a single lane for routine maintenance work. Between 9 a.m. and noon a pilot truck will be used to guide drivers across the structure one direction at a time. Flagging crews will be positioned at each bridge approach to stop traffic. The work is weather permitting.
