The Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department announces the Daffodil Festival is back for 2022 in its pre-COVID-19 configuration. It is scheduled for April 2-3. Festival scholarship applications will be available online at daffodilfestivalva.org by Feb. 1. That’s also where to go for applications to participate in the Daffodil Festival Parade and “Little Miss” program with those available through Feb. 28. The official Festival print will be unveiled on Feb. 19.
