Community Housing Partners receives state loans for its rehabilitation project at Holly Court in Kilmarnock. All of the 40 one-bedroom apartments meet Universal Design standards, and five units will have additional design for accessibility under Section 504. Two units will be designed to serve residents who have hearing or visual impairments. The financing is part of more than $60 million awarded to over 40 special needs housing projects across Virginia.
