The Town of Kilmarnock is accepting applications for this year’s Hometown Heroes Veterans Banners until March 25. The custom banners honoring those who served the country will hang in Steptoe’s District between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The cost is $100 per banner. To obtain a banner download the application from the town’s Facebook page. A high-resolution digital photograph is requrired. Banners will be on display for 5 years.
