The Kilmarnock & District Pipe Band announced that tomorrow’s Burns Night celebration is cancelled out of concerns for band members and guests from increased COVID-19 cases. Ticket holders for the annual event will be reimbursed and contact information is at the band’s Facebook oage. Pipe Sergeant Bill Harrison tells the Rappahannock Record the group will hold a concert at Kilmarnock Town Center Park later this year.
