Lancaster County’s Board of Supervisors votes to allow 3 smaller-scale solar power projects to proceed but puts the brakes on approving any more of those projects until lawmakers can take a closer look at regulations. The Board put the 3 projects on hold last month. According to News on the Neck as many as 30 of the so-called “community solar” projects are possible within the county.
