Liz Moore & Associates in Kilmarnock holds a “Cupcake Wars” event on Feb. 11 to benefit the Burgess-based Smith Point Sea Rescue. Managing broker Sandra Hargett tells the Rappahannock Record agents are putting on their baking hats and making dozens of cupcakes just in time for Valentine’s Day and they hope the community will give generously to SPSR. The event is at the Liz Moore office on North Main St. from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
