A man is killed when he was hit by a car in Gloucester County. Police say the man crashed his car Sunday on Hickory Fork Road and got hit as a tow truck driver was pulling his car out of a ditch. The man identified as Marvin Eugene Wood died at the hospital while the driver who hit Wood suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators say charges are pending against the driver but alcohol was not a factor.
