Gov. Ralph Northam delivered his final State of the Commonwealth address last night. Northam said his administration left Virginia better than when he came into office by doing among other things expanding Medicaid, securing record economic growth, reforming the criminal justice system and working to bridge the digital divide. He also said they’ve worked to recognize the wrongs of the past and rectify them. Glenn Youngin becomes Governor on Saturday.
