Former Gov. Ralph Northam followed a long–standing tradition wher he pranked his successor with a number of items. According to News 8 those included a life-size cutout of Donald Trump that Northam placed in the governor’s office and a book from Terry McAuliffe, who Youngkin defeated last November. An aide said Northam left a blue colored vest for Youngkin who wore a red vest during his campaign.
