Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning is offering a class called “Curing the Winter Blahs: Creating Arrangements Using Tropicals and House Plants”. It takes place Feb. 23 on the Warsaw campus and participants will create a professional arrangement plus gain the confidence to create floral displays on their own. Class size is limited.
