Seconds Unlimited, the Rappahannock General Hospital owned thrift shop wrapped up 2021 with record sales of over $255,000. The store’s business model depends on donations of “gently used” clothing and household goods, which are then sold at affordable prices, sometimes ranging as low as $3 to $5 per item. Seconds Unlimited recently pledged a half-million dollars toward The Campaign for Rappahannock General Hospital which supports the first major renovation since the hospital opened in 1977.
