The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce chooses William Smith as their Chamber Volunteer of the Year. Smith has served on the chamber board for 5 years currently serving as treasurer. He is also involved in many other community organizations including president of the Lancaster Community Library Board and has served as president of the Kilmarnock Chamber of Commerce. The chamber will honor Smith at its Annual Meeting and Dinner.
