Virginia is participating in the 2021-2022 CyberStart America competition which offers students in grades nine through 12 free access to an immersive cybersecurity training game. Students learn more about cybersecurity and build skills that could prepare them for a career in technology. They may also qualify for cyber training scholarships worth approximately $3,000. Over 30,000 students participated in the competition last year with more than $4 million in scholarships and advanced training awarded.
