The White Marsh Shopping Center George Washington Memorial Highway in Hayes has a new owner. According to the Gazette-Journal the property owned by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services|Towne Realty|Commercial Division sold for $4.1 million to Nexus Capital. In addition to several retailers and the White Marsh Post Office the center also houses a self-storage business which has more than 140 units. There’s no word on if the new seller plans any changes.
