Youngkin Gives GA Speech

Governor Glenn Youngkin set out his priorities in a speech Monday before the General Assembly. Those include cutting income taxes, suspending the gas tax for a year and eliminating the grocery tax. Youngkin also wants to raise teacher pay and place a police officer in every school. Del. Eileen Filler-Corn gave the Democratic response criticizing the executive orders Youngkin signed just after inauguration and his other campaign proposals.
