A book signing event on Saturday at the Northumberland Public Library in Heathsville features a pair of Northern Neck authors. According to the Rappahannock Record authors Cheryl Reed and Barbara Brecher worked together on the newly released second edition of Reed’s novel, Poison Girls, where Brecher designed the cover. Their works include two children’s books, a book about four letter words and a rare look inside the secret lives of nuns. The book signing is at 11:00 a.m.
