A lawsuit challenging Governor Glenn Youngkin’s mask wearing executive order is being heard in Arlington Circuit Court. Both sides pleaded their case on Wednesday and a decision is expected in the next few days. Youngkin’s order eliminated mandatory masking in schools and left the choice to parents. 7 school boards brought the lawsuit encompassing over 350,000 students and 50,000 teachers.
