The Town of Kilmarnock is accepting applications for an interim seat on the Town Council. This individual will serve until the winner of a special election which is expected to take place this November. The election petition is now before the Lancaster Circuit Court. Qualified Town voters can submit an application at kilmarnockva.com. Applications are also accepted by mail ns via e-mail. The deadline is Feb. 18 at 5:00 p.m.
