The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors received the results of its fiscal year 2021 audit at its meeting last week. According to the Southside Sentinel the audit by Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates showed the county is in good fiscal shape. with assets and deferred outflows of resources exceeding liabilities and deferred inflows of resources. The audit also found the county’s per-capita debt went down by close to 25%.
