The new Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles DMV Select office in Urbanna opens on Valentine’s Day. It’s located in the Waverly Commons building at 390 Virginia Street. Customers can obtain vehicle titles and registrations, license plates and decals, disabled parking placards, fishing licenses and E-ZPass transponders. Transactions are by appointment Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Appointments can be made through the Town of Urbanna’s website.
