The Northern Neck Soil and Water Conservation District is accepting applications for 2 $1,000 scholarships awarded to students enrolling in a fulltime college program this fall in natural resources or conservation/environmental studies. Applicants must reside in Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond or Westmoreland counties. A third $1,000 scholarship is awarded to students from across the Commonwealth. Application deadline is Apr. 1.
