The Northumberland County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to hold a public hearing on the proposed election redistricting map. Redistricting is done every 10 years following the release of census data. The new maps were to have been completed by the end of last year but the process was delayed. According to the Rappahannock Record the hearing will take place during the March 10 regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
