The Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation recently received a $6,000 grant from Richmond County to support no-cost Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning classes for County residents. The Richmond County Local and Regional Non-Profits Covid-19 Relief Program Grant comes from the CARES Act and the American Rescue Plan Act.
