Urbanna lawmakers are looking at funding sources for a new community swimming pool. According to the Southside Sentinel one optiion is implementing a membership fee system which would have a “charter membership” at for $12,000 for a lifetime family pass or $200 for an annual family pass. The pool’s cost is $800,000 and if paid by only taxes would require a 5 cent rate increase.
