Governor Glenn Youngkin adds an emergency clause to the General Assembly bill removing school mask mandates so it becomes effective March 1. Without the clause the bill would take effect on July 1. According to the Associated Press the GA will now have to vote on approving the clause before it can be added to the legislation and bill supporters say that could happen in the next few days.
