Governor Glenn Youngkin today issued a proclamation recognizing February as Black History Month t and honoring the accomplishments of inspirational Americans across the Commonwealth. Youngkin says Virginia is the home to man pioneers, barrier-breakers, and leaders that have enriched, cultivated, and strengthened the spirit of Virginia. The Governor and the First Lady encourages everyone to celebrate the rich diverse history that is inspiring future generations to know Virginia is big enough for the hopes and dreams of all.
