Governor Glenn Youngkin says he is angry and deeply concerned by the recent pattern of bomb threats plaguing Virginia;’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Last week the Governor spoke to the presidents of those institutions regarding the disturbing repeated threats on their schools. Youngkin plans to ask the General Assembly to provide emergency funding for security and campus safety.
