A man from Callao charged in the 2019 murder of his girlfriend takes a plea deal. According to the Rappahannock Record Jason Kyle Roberts pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for fatally stabbing Amber Guthrie after the couple got into an argument. Sentencing is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. June 14 in Northumberland County Circuit Court. The plea deal calls for a sentence between 5 and 40 years.
