The Fishing Bay Yacht Club in Deltaville is offering a no-cost Race Committee Training Program to all sailors interested in becoming committee members. The 2-part program includes classroom instruction and on-the-water practice. The classroom session is March 19 and the on-the-water training is April 2 and 3. The club is also holding a Race Management Seminar presented by US Sailing on April 9. The fee for that session is $40.
