The General Assembly is working on bills to give Virginians a tax rebate. According to 8 News the House version of the bill calls for a $300 individual rebate with a $600 couples rebate while the Senate version has a $250 individual and $500 couples rebate. Gov. Glenn Youngkin could override those amounts but the GA would have to approve that action. There’s no word on when the rebates will be sent to taxpayers.
