The Bay Center will begin a grief support group on April 5 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Northern Neck Family YMCA in Kilmarnock. The group will run for 10 sessions. Executive director Ann DeMuth tells the Rappahannock Record participants learn about the grieving process and develop strategies for coping so they can integrate this change in their lives.
