The president of a Michigan college is named as the new chancellor of Virginia’s Community College System. According to the RIchmond Times-Dispatch Henry Ford College head Russell A. Kavalhuna will succeed Glenn Dubois, who will retire at the end of June. Kavalhuna was executive director of flight operations at Western Michigan University College of Aviation before joining Henry Ford College. The system has 23 colleges across 40 campuses.
