It’s 3 months in jail for a man who crashed into a horse-drawn buggy in Richmond County injuring a woman and a 3-year-old. According to News on the Neck Levonne Churchill pleaded guilty to reckless driving and driving without insurance. The woman required reconstructive surgery and the child was hospitalized for several days. In addition to the sentence Churchill is also required to pay restitution at a rate of $300 a month for medical expenses.
