An 18-year-old from Mathews County becomes the first young woman Eagle Scout to come from that area. According to the Gazette-Journal Molly Morgan began working on achieving the rank more than 2 years ago and received the title last month. The quest included community service projects, earning merit badges and a church leadership position. Molly also created flower boxes for display at Ware Church.
