Virginia DOT crews are working on several projects in Middlesex County. Paving work takes place today on Route 17 southbound between routes 606 and 602. The work moves tomorrow to Route 33 westbound between routes 3 and 227. Rumble strip installation work goes on all week on Route 3 between Route 33 and the Mathews County line, Route 33 between Courthouse Drive and Route 3 and Route 227 between Route 33 and Urbanna.
