Northumberland County’s planning commission is continuing work in its capital improvement plan The Rappahannock Record reports county planner Stuart McKenzie received capital requests from department heads and a public hearing on the plan needs to take place no later than the commission’s April 21 meeting. For fiscal year 2022-23, the first year the county had developed a capital improvement plan projects totaled just over $1.7 million.
