The Friends of Northumberland Public Library are sponsoring a book signing on March 18 by Nan Harvey, a lifelong Southerner and Northumberland County resident. Harvey’s new book is “A History Not Past” which is a historical novel based on genealogical research she did on a relative. The book is published by Northumberland Historical Press and available from Amazon. Harvey will be at the Northumberland
