Rappahannock General Hospital presents “Play Day In The Park” at Kilmarnock’s Town Center Park on April 23. Officials say the free event will feature fun health, wellness and safety activities along with information for kids and families. There are free youth bicycle helments while supplies last along with a bike raffle. Snacks and food tastings are taking place and first responder vehicles will be on hand for kids to see.
