Next week is women’s veterans week in Virginia and Lt. Gov. Winsome Sears will kick off the observance on Monday at the Virginia War Memorial. The Lt. Govenor is a Marine Corps veteran and will be joined by other woman veterans at the Shrine of Memory for the 11:00 a.m. ceremony. The Memorial will be open for public tours between 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
