River City Golf Carts is sponsoring an adoption event for Tappahannock/Essex County Animal Shelter from now through March 20. The $45 adoption fees will be paid by River City Golf Carts as part of the “March Muttness and More” event. Adoptable animal photos are posted on the Shelter’s Facebook Page and at tecas.rescueme.org. Applications can be completed on-line at the Essex County Website or on rescueme.org.
